Shudu Gram

I found this model on my Instagram feed after Fenty Beauty's account (https://www.instagram.com/fentybeauty/)reposted an image of her wearing their Mattemoiselle lipstick in the shade Saw-C, a bright orange. I was mesmerized by her beautiful skin, and got excited to discover a new dark skinned model, so of course I went to her account and followed. To my surprise and possibly yours, she is actually not real! She's a digital creation by Cameron-James Wilson, a fashion photographer. Controversy has risen as Shudu has become popular and people have found out she isn't a real model. People have questioned why does the world need a digital dark skinned model when there are real ones already in the modeling industry waiting for work.
